Guess what it is today.

It's rainy. A lot of people must be happy right now.

Not that I am complaining about it. It's been a gloomy day for me. I don't know WHY. I appreciate rain, I really do. But every morning I wake up and I see grey clouds, I feel kinda sick. I feel like I am the black and white person in some colorful party unintentionally straining the color out of everyone. Worst of all, I have no one to talk this through with. When I'm at school, I'd usually ignore it since I'd have work to do. Also, one of my closest friends, Aisha (We have the same name though we spell it differently. And we've been friends for a LOOONG time.) LOVES the rain. (Like almost every other person living in Dubai.) We'd just talk about how she loves gloomy weather and I don't. She's fun to talk to.
Besides that, I'm getting lazy. I gotta study Arabic, but I can't. Also, I have Islamic classes from 3 PM to 6 PM, which means I can't study in the evening. Well, I just wanna see the sun today. That would make my day.

There is literally no sign of the sun.

Anyway, I have to go to my Islamic class in an hour. I'll talk more after I come back.
Actually, I am happy that I am going to the class. I like learning, and this is something good to learn. I hope I learn  something from it.

Okay, I am back. From the class. It was fine. I guess.
Actually, it wasn't the class I was expecting. I wanted to learn the meaning of the Quran, but I got put into some other class. We learn the Quran, little by little, trying to by heart it. We also learn some Dua'a(s) (Dua'a is something you say while you do something. - Like, we have a Dua'a to say while we drink water, one while we enter the house, and one while we exit the house, and so on.) We learnt about Muslim heroes, and we had one last class, but the teacher wasn't present, so we were left out early.
We were left out at 5:30 PM. They gave us some juice and pizza and around 5:45 PM, my aunt's class got over, and she came to pick us up. It was raining heavily (apparently) and my aunt's cousin offered to drop us to our house. We went to the ground floor around 6:15 PM. But my aunt's cousin's husband came to pick us up at 6:45 PM. It usually takes us 5 minutes to reach my house from that class, but because of the traffic, it took us 15 minutes.
And that car was pretty small. And there were nine of us who had to fit into the car.

Moving on, I am tensed about my Arabic test. I hope it goes well. I have hardly studied.
I hope THAT goes well. I have my exams coming up in 26 days. I AM FREAKING OUT. I NEED to pass freshman year! I wanna be with my friends. I am praying.

Okay. Before I freak out anymore, I'd better go.

Whatever.
-Sam Frank.
